A few quick “teasers” from our latest Mexico destination wedding, last weekend at the El Dorado Seaside Resort .. as Lacey & Logan attended their Atlanta wedding reception this evening we were remembering all the fun! Congratulations to you both and enjoy the evenings festivities!!

It’s not very often you’ll see us on here personally but this Chalkboard Guest Book idea was TOO MUCH FUN!! We’re allowed to have fun too right?! LOL
Alicia’s Boston Engagement Session is the PERFECT contrast to the wedding she’s planning on Martha’s Vineyard for the spring.. and we can’t WAIT to see how her inspirations and ideas all come together!! Alicia.. so LOVED this oh so cute blue dress on you!
We’re off too another Destination Wedding, in Cancun Mexico, in the AM! If you’ve followed along on FB you know we’ve been all over the place since the end of September. This past week we were in NYC shooting the Bridal Runways.. while editing late nights MANY summer weddings… so we’ll be back next week and back to editing but till then some random event teasers to keep everyone amused while we’re gone! {Fashion teasers once we’re back too!!}
I was a little obsessed with color today while editing events and decided we needed a wedding teaser before I leave in the AM & I focused on 3 events that used purples, pinks & fantastic shades of blue!
Kara’s wedding was FULL of COLOR and I was obsessed with her gown! I adore Monique Lhuillier and the texture in this specific design! I’d like to mention that Kara is also Krista’s sister, whose June wedding we also photographed – I’m in awe of how these 2 beautiful brides designed their days!

As Jared is literally on the Lazaro Runway now shooting, I’m editing away and catching up on emails as we are playing catch up with all our recent DESTINATION traveling.. but one very cool bride just put a HUGE smile on my face with an incredibly sweet note she sent me, after inquiring about her wedding date availability.
Jacqueline [2012 bride to be] “…I can’t even tell you how excited I am that you’re available for our wedding! I saw you and a bridal party roaming the streets of Newport 2 years ago and I was so intrigued by the angles you were taking photos at. When you were photographing the couple I ran over and asked one of the bridesmaids for your name and researched your work that night. I can honestly say you were my one and only pick for a photographer! As an event planner I’ve seen a lot beautiful photographs but nothing intrigues me more than you work – it’s original yet classic and elegant. Everything I want and more!”

{Yellow + Grey} is one of my FAVORITE color pallette’s .. then again anything plus grey seems to be AMAZING & Modern! Check out a few teasers from this past weekend at Belle Mer in Newport, RI…oh and it’s very difficult to “surprise or shock” us as we’ve seen nearly everything it seems… but NEVER before had we seen a DANCING Panda at a wedding!!

The studio will be closed again 10/5-10/11 for a Vegas Destination shoot with Deana & Chris.. last week we were off in Cancun with Jennifer & Johnny = SO CUTE! Next week once we get back from Vegas we’ll be headed to NYC for LOADS of wedding editing & BRIDAL RUNWAYS!! .. Then back to RI to pack for yet another Cancun wedding, with Logan & Lacey, the 10/20-10/25! Stay tuned for teasers and those very patient ladies waiting for your weddings.. I’ll be processing like a crazy lady next week!!
